How to prevent premature graying?

Many remedies can help you prevent graying, and many of the resources have ingredients that are gotten from your kitchen.

1. Washing hair with onion water
Boil water with some onion and bring it to a boil and add lemon juice as well. Wait for the solution to cool and wash your hair with it massaging your scalp with the answer. You can leave it to soak for 30 minutes to an hour then rinse it off using warm water and a gentle shampoo so that the nutrients are not stripped.

2. Eating food and drinks that are rich in antioxidants
Not only are antioxidants useful for getting rid of toxins from the body, but they also help in preventing graying. Such goods include fruits and vegetables and drinks like green tea.

3. Using black tea
Boil black tea with salt and wait for it to cool down then rinse your hair with the solution. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse it off with a gentle shampoo.

4. Using rosemary and sage
In a pot, boil water infused with sage and rosemary leaves. When the water is thoroughly boiled, sieve out the leaves and let the solution cool before rinsing your hair with it, let it soak in and rinse it off.

5. Using curry leaves and coconut oil
Coconut oil has fantastic features that also include preventing hair loss. Using coconut oil along with curry leaves is a concoction that will prevent premature graying.

6. Mixing an egg with Henna
Henna is an excellent colorant. Mixing Henna with an egg will make the process permanent. You have to crack the egg and add Henna to it and apply the paste to your hair, let it sink in for about 30 minutes, and rinse it out with a mild shampoo.

Causes of hair loss:

1. Genetics

1. Switch your shampoo
If you have shampoos that have chemicals like sulfates and parabens, switch them out to milder shampoos which will not strip your hair from natural and essential oils. When hair is removed of its oils, it no longer has any defense system and can fall off easily.

2. Shower with cold water
Although hot showers are what most people love because no one likes the cold, it can damage your scalp leading to hair loss. Boiling water destroys your scalp and removes essential oils from your head. Hot showers are aggressive and harsh.

3. Massage your scalp
Massaging your scalp stimulates it and generates blood flow, which in turn causes hair to grow. You can massage your scalp every night with essential oils like peppermint oil or lavender, which are agents of hair growth.

4. Drinking water
You should drink close to two liters of water everyday stay hydrated. Drinking water will also stimulate hair growth.

5. Natural juices
Using home remedies on your head like washing your hair with onion water and rice water has been linked to rapid hair growth. You should use these treatments two to three times every week and rinse your hair out thoroughly.

6. Medication
In cases of extreme hair loss, there are some treatments you can take to stop the loss of hair. The medications include finasteride and minoxidil. The drugs, however, have side effects, especially to men.
